Computaweave and woven cables

Weaving controls interwire crosstalk and also provides a robust structure that is ideal for hinging. Wire types and gauges can be mixed to create hybrid ribbons in relatively small volumes. The weave material is designed to out perform the wire for all applications. Multi-strand hi-flexing conductors up to 8 mm OD can be woven, as can micro-miniature solid strand superconductors.

Moulded Headers

These provide a one time interconnect by being flow soldered directly onto a pcb. They offer high reliability and significant production savings versus a 2-part connector system.

UseCan be used in conjunction with moulded feed through grommet for cable strain relief.
